Beautiful morning here, and though it's still cold, the forecast for later in the week sounds like spring temps! I am so ready. I missed a few days of "chatting" and hope you are all well.
In the last week, I have truly understood the term "accident". LOL..I literally fell through my back steps while running out to take a pic of a Dexter calf that is for sale. Yep, I'm the only one that uses those steps (an old pull up set from a trailer house) and I KNEW they were getting bad. Well, sure enough, I stepped out and fell plumb through. It was quite a jarring experience. My ankles seemed to fair the worst. But, a couple of tub soaks and I was up and at 'em again.
I was up every 2 hours to check Monica. A Dexter cow that is going to give birth soon. At my 5:00 a.m. checking I was half asleep and turned my ankle on a rut and yep, down I went again. As I type, I am seriously thinking I have turned into a klutz. I am hopeful that this is it for the tumbles for a while.
