Southeast Iowa has had plenty of rainy cool days so far. But the temps are on their way up this week! Not much hay has been made around here yet..that makes livestock owners, like us, very nervous. But when we look at the drought conditions in the south, the floods in the midwest..it's impossible to complain about our weather here.
The garden has survived bugs and rainy cool days. The peppers seem to be perking up at the sight of the sun and its heat. It was literally a perfect day today. Ah..but aren't they all?
